I would give this zero stars if I could. I had one of the WORST experiences at super.com. The room I booked was misrepresented as a Double online, but was a single when I went to check with the hotel. When I told Super they said there was nothing they could do about it. I paid more money for what was misrepresented as a different room and got a basic King. When I asked if I could get a credit to pay for at least what they were offering for the King room they wouldn't make up the difference in credit. I will NEVER use this company again unless they actually make it right. They offered me 5 percent back in credit but they didn't even get that amount right.
