My flight from one location to another was... drumroll... 8 hours delayed. I woke up at 2:45 a.m. to reach the airport, only to wait until around 14:00. I chose this airline for its direct route, but it would have been faster to take a different airline with a layover. If you check the flight history, this route is consistently delayed, often by several hours. This is not an exception — it reflects the airline's operations. Now, as I write this, I'm supposed to be boarding my return flight, but the plane that should take me has just left its previous location and will arrive here in about three hours. This means my flight will be at least 3.5–4 hours late. To make things worse, there’s no information about the delay displayed anywhere. No announcements, no updates, nothing. The only way I know the flight is delayed is by using a flight tracking app. This experience confirms the airline's reputation as one of the worst in the industry. I will never fly with this airline again.
