Unacceptable delay on my flight

My flight from one location to another was... drumroll... 8 hours late. I woke up at 2:45 a.m. to reach the airport, only to wait until around 14:00. I selected this service for its direct route, but it would have been quicker to choose a different airline with a layover. If you check the flight history, this route is consistently delayed, often by several hours. This instance is no exception — it reflects how this service operates. As I write this, I'm meant to be boarding my return flight, but the plane scheduled to take me has just departed from its previous location and will arrive here in about three hours, meaning my flight will be at least 3.5–4 hours late. To make matters worse, there's no information about the delay displayed anywhere. No announcements, no updates, nothing. The only way I know about the delay is by checking a flight tracking app. This experience reinforces the reputation of this service as one of the worst in the industry. I will avoid this airline in the future.

If I could rate zero stars, I would

If I could give a zero star rating, I certainly would. I arrived at 4 p.m. and now it's 10 p.m., and I'm still waiting. This feels like a scam. They offered a compensation package of around 12-15€, which is laughable. This is my second experience; I thought the first was just bad luck. But clearly, it's not. AVOID this airline.

Flight from Soekarno Hatta to Lombok delayed

My flight from one major airport to another is delayed for over 2 hours. On the departure screen, more than half of the airline's flights are experiencing issues, either delayed or canceled. Additionally, the customer service at the boarding gate is quite poor. There was another flight that started boarding, but the announcements did not differentiate between the two flights. Even local passengers heading to Lombok waited in a long line for over 15 minutes before realizing the boarding was not for their flight.

Completely disastrous experience

This experience was completely disastrous. Avoid this airline if you can. The flight was delayed multiple times, and there was barely any information provided. I’m unclear if we’ll ever leave.

The worst airline imaginable

This is the worst airline imaginable! My flight was delayed by more than 5 hours! Because of this, we missed our flight back home! Absolutely scandalous!

Stay away from this airline!

First of all, you're only allowed 10 kg of checked luggage... which is basically just carry-on. Secondly, I can only agree with other reviews about the delays at every step — even the check-in process was ridiculously slow. The incoming flight was delayed by 10 minutes, but then the delays kept building. The airplane was fully boarded, yet we waited over 30 minutes for take-off, resulting in a total delay of 1 hour. Upon arriving at the airport, it took 15 minutes to connect to the gate, followed by an additional 30-minute wait for luggage. Totally unacceptable. My layover time was not enough, and I almost missed my connecting flight. NEVER AGAIN! Do yourself a favor and avoid this airline!

Extremely disappointing

Extremely disappointing — my flight was delayed multiple times, which caused us to miss our connection. They even allowed passengers from another flight to board, which delayed us further. If possible, avoid this airline.

The worst airline in history, total scammers

What a nightmare; my first flight was 1.5 hours late and the second was 2.5 hours late. I left 3 hours between flights, and it still wasn’t enough. The staff seem trained to ignore passengers, and the website is unhelpful. They damaged our luggage, and we missed our next flight. I don’t know how to get my money back; they have no conscience to assist.

A terrible airline, seek alternatives

I would say this is a terrible airline; look for other options. My flight has been delayed three times, and when I asked the staff, they simply said, “you can cancel if you want.” This is their service — 0% recommend.
