My flight from one major airport to another is delayed for over 2 hours. On the departure screen, more than half of the airline's flights are experiencing issues, either delayed or canceled. Additionally, the customer service at the boarding gate is quite poor. There was another flight that started boarding, but the announcements did not differentiate between the two flights. Even local passengers heading to Lombok waited in a long line for over 15 minutes before realizing the boarding was not for their flight.
