13,5 hours delay which ended in a cancellation. This is a warning and my personal experience. On July 20th 2025 we planned to fly from Yogyakarta to Lombok. The flight was originally leaving at 17:15 and then the first message came - delayed until 20:50, after patiently waiting 3,5 hours already the next message came - delayed until 23:20. Then after waiting 3 more hours a staff member from Super Air Jet came to tell everyone that the flight is cancelled.The discussion was getting heated and a lot of angry people joined the discussion with the staff member because everyone lost one night in their hotel they were supposed to check in at Lombok. In the end they came to a conclusion and gave everyone 2 options:Option 1: Sleep and stay at the airport until the next day (6:50) and get 500.000 IDR compensation.Option 2: The staff organized a nearby hotel for the passangers where they could stay until the next day (6:50) and don‘t receive the 500.000 IDR compensation.All in all at least we got a compensation but another problem for tourists was, the staff could not speak English very well so the communication was very hard and some passengers were left clueless.We tried to not listen to the reviews and still booked with Super Air Jet but if you want to get to your destination on time you probably should not book with Super Air Jet. I put 2/5 stars because the flight was okay and at least they tried to make it up to you with a 500.000 IDR compensation and organizing a hotel for the passangers.
