My flight from one location to another was... drumroll... 8 hours late. I woke up at 2:45 a.m. to reach the airport, only to wait until around 14:00. I selected this service for its direct route, but it would have been quicker to choose a different airline with a layover. If you check the flight history, this route is consistently delayed, often by several hours. This instance is no exception — it reflects how this service operates. As I write this, I'm meant to be boarding my return flight, but the plane scheduled to take me has just departed from its previous location and will arrive here in about three hours, meaning my flight will be at least 3.5–4 hours late. To make matters worse, there's no information about the delay displayed anywhere. No announcements, no updates, nothing. The only way I know about the delay is by checking a flight tracking app. This experience reinforces the reputation of this service as one of the worst in the industry. I will avoid this airline in the future.
