AVOID PLACING AN ORDER
I ordered a belt sander in December. The confirmation email indicated that processing would take up to 14 days. Tomorrow marks exactly 4 weeks, and when I checked through the automated system, it still shows as pending. The payment has already been deducted from my account! I attempted to "cancel" the order to see if I could get a refund and was informed that I would receive an email within 1-2 days. I'll update if I hear back from them...
