I ordered a belt sander in December. The confirmation email indicated that processing would take up to 14 days. Tomorrow marks exactly 4 weeks, and when I checked through the automated system, it still shows as pending. The payment has already been deducted from my account! I attempted to "cancel" the order to see if I could get a refund and was informed that I would receive an email within 1-2 days. I'll update if I hear back from them...

Deceptive Practices!

Deceptive practices! I lost $300 and never got my item. They didn’t display all the reviews on their site, which would have helped me avoid these untrustworthy sellers! I’ve reported them to my bank for fraud.
