I have never been so disappointed. I received a Superbalist voucher for my birthday. I don’t usually shop with Superbalist as I find them overpriced, but I was genuinely excited to use the voucher.I placed my order and the delivery was made to my door without any issues (I live on a farm). However, the delivery driver appeared to be under the influence of something, which was concerning.When I wanted to return some items, things went downhill. Suddenly, Superbalist claimed they could not find my address. I logged complaints, provided GPS coordinates, and even shared a direct location link — yet they still said they were unable to locate me.I run a business from home and deal with couriers daily. None of them have ever struggled to find my address, and if they do, they simply call me and the issue is resolved. This is basic courier practice.The lack of care and accountability is shocking. It’s incredibly frustrating that an international company like Shein or Temu can manage deliveries better than a local business. This experience has completely put me off shopping with Superbalist again.
