I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by the online team. Their responses feel scripted and lack genuine assistance. Last month, I ordered a gift for my mother-in-law. When it arrived, she tried on the Nike slip-ons but found them uncomfortable. I suggested she wear them for a day to see if they would adjust, but this only caused her more discomfort. There was also a minor defect on the shoe, which I could overlook since it wasn't very noticeable. I initiated a return, believing it would be acceptable under their return policy, especially since the shoes had only been worn indoors. However, I received an email stating that my return was rejected because the shoes were worn (how else can you determine fit?) and had some dirt on them (a little dust, really?). They also claimed the shoes were damaged, but I know how to care for my footwear and found no damage at all. I am appalled by the service I received and the reasoning provided by the staff. It seems they fabricate conditions that simply aren't true. Even after speaking with one representative who was understanding, there was no resolution, and I received the same rejection email with different wording. Their return policy states that items must be returned within a specific timeframe if there’s an issue, which I adhered to, logging the return within a week. The writing on the box was from the delivery driver, as the delivery paper was not available. I am trying to reach a manager and am currently waiting for a call.
I have never felt such disappointment. I received a voucher for my birthday and was eager to use it, even though I typically find this service overpriced. I placed my order and the delivery arrived without any problems (I live in a rural area). However, the delivery driver seemed to be under the influence, which was alarming. When I attempted to return some items, the situation worsened. The service suddenly claimed they could not locate my address. I filed complaints, provided GPS coordinates, and even sent a direct location link, yet they still insisted they couldn't find me. I operate a business from home and work with couriers regularly. None have ever had trouble finding my address; if they do, they just call me to resolve the issue. This is standard courier practice. The lack of care and accountability is shocking. It's incredibly frustrating that larger companies can manage deliveries more effectively than a local service. This experience has left me unwilling to shop with them again.
Absolutely disgusting service. Bought a pair of Nike sandals as a gift. I returned the item without the box (which I discarded). They are sitting with my return. Only when I contacted them they said they can't refund me due to the missing package. Its now two weeks and they still have my item and money. I called and emailed them but no response.
DONT BUY FROM SUPERBALISTI am utterly disgusted by the type of service that has been provided by the online staff their answers all sound robotic because they follow a script.Last months I order a gift for my mother in law.The delivered , she tried on the pair of Nike slip ons and says it doesn’t fit me , I said wear them for the day to see if the shoe settles on your foot which actually caused her more physical and hurt her feet.And there was a defect on the shoe as well which was honestly okay cause it’s not that noticeable.I log a return saying that the shoe doesn’t fit thinking that it would suffice as they have a return policy I mean it was fitted and work in the house so should have no issues.I get an email manufacturing return rejected saying the shoe was worn (How else do you fit it on?) and they are dirty (A little dust wow standards hey but no standard in service!!) and apparently damaged , I still have the she and I have a collection of my own I know how to take care of my own and inspect them but there was no damage to the shoe whatsoever.I am absolutely disgusted with the service that I got and the logic that theses individuals have , this store and warehouse staff will fabricate things and put conditions onto the reasoning that simply don’t exist.Despite me speaking to one of their agent who was very good and understanding about it.There was no change and proceeded to send me the same email with different wording you have a return policy and that needs to be returned in a certain time frame if there is something wrong with the shoe and that’s what I did it wasn’t even a week and I logged the return.The writing on the box was from the drive cause he put a code on there as the delivery paper wasn’t on handI want to speak to a manager and I’m waiting for a call.

I baught Nike shoes for 3k they tore within 3 months . I recieved a return whereby I orders and returned 3 pairs of shoes. Finally baught some asics which looked good but the fit is not right. I went to test a similar pair in a nearby store and they fitted completely different. I returned the shoes but they were a bit dirty on the bottom and refuse to do a refund. I would not recommend to buy any shoes from Superbalist
Be aware Superbalist is a scam! Scam! I purchased a few items online while it was on sale but during checkout the items went back to full price! When enquired with customer service they advised me that the sales ended at 18:55 and I checked out at 18:56….what a story the items are still on sale by the way and it was still on sale after I checked out l! What a pathetic response! Be aware you might be scammed too!
Only 1 of my 5items were delivered. Its now 20 days later and I am still trying to get my stuff or my money back but no feedback. Im speaking to an assistant, who refuses to let me speak to a manager. All Superbalist items can be found on other online stores so my advise is to buy from elsewhere. Very poor service. My items were not cheap either. I need my stuff or my money back.
For the third time, Superbalist cancels my order after stating that they attempted delivery yet no contact was made whilst someone was home all day & my cellphone number is loaded correct on my profile. Even when logging this, no attempt to resolve the issue is made, the order is just cancelled. Unreliable, takes zero ownership and no customer service.
