I use to buy alot from Superbalist, the service were always excellent, fast delivery, to good qaulity and quick returns...i was really happy until now in the 21 December i bought a pair of chuck taylor converse sneakers of R1279 and the payment went through but according to superbalist they hve not received payment and cancelled the order. I emailed them to explain, they asked for proof of payment wich i send thrice but now no answer no assistence, no delivery, no money back..im furious. Stay away from them as customer service are bad as i called customer service but everytime to no avail. My biggest mustake was trusting Superbalist.
