The seller Jamie was great, but the overall experience with SBF wasn’t great. The phone lines for every type of options were blocked, I was on hold several times for over an hour, and then got cut off. No call back offered. You need to check QR codes to see prices, but Bradford SBF has no WiFi and no phone reception, so not really a great concept. I also have a problem with the bike clutch, but since I can’t get hold of you, how do I report this?
