I ordered the super scissors on Dec. 12 and the final delivery service GOFO CLAIMED they delivered it to my door on Dec. 30. It was NEVER delivered to my door. I checked everywhere. When I called Superbrands they said sorry, talk to GOFO, we don't have any responsibility. When I called GOFO they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. Needless to say I had to put the charge in dispute with my credit card company because NOBODY will help me. The only people who helped me are AMEX.
