Disappointing Experience with the Company

My wife ordered a Christmas gift from the company. On December 15, she received an email indicating that the package had been delivered at the 'Door/Yard.' We checked our door and the courtyard (we reside in a large condo building), but the package was nowhere to be found. When she contacted the company, they sent a photo of the package sitting on top of the USPS mailboxes in the underground garage, which is an insecure area where deliveries should never be left. By the time we discovered this, the package had already been stolen. My wife has politely requested a replacement or refund multiple times, but to no avail. The company keeps deflecting responsibility to the courier service without acknowledging that the item was delivered improperly and that the delivery notification was misleading. I have now learned that the courier service they use has a very low rating, with numerous complaints about damaged, lost, or stolen deliveries due to mishandling. It's astonishing that the company shows so little regard for its customers by partnering with such a poorly rated service. Given the reviews for both the courier and the company, which raise suspicions of a scam, I strongly advise potential buyers to avoid making purchases from this company.

Wrongly delivered package

My wife ordered me a Christmas present from Super Brand Tools. On Dec. 15 she received an email saying that the package had been delivered at “Door/Yard” . We checked our door and the courtyard (we live in a large condo building), but there was no package. When she called Super Brand Tools, she was sent a photo of the package lying on top of the USPS mailboxes in the underground garage, which is an insecure location where courier packages are never, and never should be, left. By the time we found out, the package had been stolen. My wife has politely requested a replacement or refund several times without success. The company keeps shifting responsibility to the courier company without addressing the fact that the item was improperly delivered and that the delivery email was false. I have now discovered that the company they use—GOFO—has a 1.3 rating on YELP, with literally dozens of complaints about damaged, lost, or stolen items resulting from improper deliveries. It is shocking that Super Brand Tools has so little respect for its customers that they would hire such a company with such a terrible record. Based on the reviews for GOFO and Super Brand Tools, some of which suspect a scam, I warn any prospective buyer against buying from this company.

If I could rate this less than one I would their customer service is absolutely horrible. Their website was not working when I tried to process my purchase despite not getting confirmation of anything and getting an error message from their website. They charged my credit card $160. When I contacted them they said it was past the period where I could cancel an order and once I received it, they would take a return no problem and would not charge me anything when I attempted to do that today. I was told that I have to pay for shipping to send their crap back to them. These are crappy little tiny boxes with stuff that comes from China you can get this stuff anywhere for way less do not do business with these people. They are absolute crooks and will steal your money. They are impossible to return things with and their customer service is obstinate and refuses to escalate anything to a supervisor.

I will never again order from you. I likely got scammed by you. My order sat in a gofo delivery place for 2 weeks and I called them, they lost my order. Called you then and sending a replacement, never received and no correspondence. Be VERY hesitant of ordering from this company. Buyer Beware!!!!

Did not receive my order until after Christmas. It was too late to give as a gift. Did not receive an email confirmation so I couldn’t even check on my order. Will not trust this company with receiving an order in a timely manner.

Put me in the long list of one star reviews. Hard to understand why this company continues to spend money on tv ads when they have no viable business model. They are simply a fulfillment company with no products or customer service. I strongly advise against buying anything from this company.

They Bait & Switch - they promised me 2 pair of their super gloves at 13.49 per pair... they chraged me $56.+ instead plus shipping... ripoff lying company.The same style of glove is at walmart for less / Temu for way less.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I ordered on-line 6 pairs of LED gloves. I never received an order confirmation email after my purchase. The first email I received was a shipping notice where it showed 3 pairs. I waited and when I received my package there were only 3 pairs, not the 6 that I paid for. I submitted an email to customer support. They responded that I only ordered 3 pairs at the regular price of 101.21, that include 2.99 for shipping protection. I responded that when I ordered them they kept offering additional pairs at a reduced price. I received another email back that said I must have not purchased immediately and the offer was no longer valid when I immediately went through all the steps to buy. Avoid this scam company or they will take your money to and not give you what you ordered !!

Decrepit little shoe string company…

Decrepit little shoe string company with no integrity.Received a pair of Super Scissors for Christmas. Didn't need to charge them until months latter, because they are not an every day tool for me. When I went to charge them I realized that there was not a charging cord in the box. The port on the tool is not a standard USB port like on your cell phone.The service rep eventually said they would send a cord. NEVER HAPPENED, and they will NEVER answer the phone with a live person. THIS 11 PERSON COMPANY IS A SCAM AND SHOUT BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. LOOK AT THERE BBB REVIEW.

Outstanding customer service

I was very pleased with the selection of tools. Accidentally ordered the wrong thing. However, the Customer service is OUTSTANDING. I emailed with a gentleman named Stephen. My credit was issued in 24 hours and I got the supergage.I will ask my husband if it does what it's supposed to.
