My wife ordered a Christmas gift from the company. On December 15, she received an email indicating that the package had been delivered at the 'Door/Yard.' We checked our door and the courtyard (we reside in a large condo building), but the package was nowhere to be found. When she contacted the company, they sent a photo of the package sitting on top of the USPS mailboxes in the underground garage, which is an insecure area where deliveries should never be left. By the time we discovered this, the package had already been stolen. My wife has politely requested a replacement or refund multiple times, but to no avail. The company keeps deflecting responsibility to the courier service without acknowledging that the item was delivered improperly and that the delivery notification was misleading. I have now learned that the courier service they use has a very low rating, with numerous complaints about damaged, lost, or stolen deliveries due to mishandling. It's astonishing that the company shows so little regard for its customers by partnering with such a poorly rated service. Given the reviews for both the courier and the company, which raise suspicions of a scam, I strongly advise potential buyers to avoid making purchases from this company.
