Ordered online but when I got them found 1 item was missing.Immediately made contact but was completely ignored. They haven't even had the courtesy to reply to my email sent 8 days ago (and I have resent it and chased them but still no replies at all) and I haven't had a refund for the missing item which they charged me for.The real judge of a company is how they deal with things when things go wrong. Supercheap have super cheap customer service and dont care. They just ignore the problem - so BEWARE if you order anything and it goes wrong then they will just keep your money and ignore you completely.
