I used to know this company for its good products and customer service, but now it feels like the service has become very subpar.
At a local store, I witnessed a man yelling and using foul language at a staff member in front of a child. It was shocking that nothing was done to protect the staff's mental wellbeing or the other customers present. In my experience, abusive customers should be removed to maintain a safe environment. When will this company take the necessary steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both employees and customers?
