A truly terrible experience.I arrived to a somewhat empty salon, to be told that the wait would be 30 mins. Annoying, but fair enough. However, 10 mins in I realized there weren't enough hairdressers to accommodate the ever-increasing number of people in the queue. When I asked about this, one of the hairdressers admitted that the wait would actually be more like an hour and a half!With so many stations, so few staff, and such a slow turnaround - I have no idea how this business model works enough to afford such great real estate. If anyone needs a haircut near Westfield Shepherds Bush - there are plenty of other vendors that'll see you in half the time for half the cost.
