Christina has a professional approach, is polite, funny, attentive, and skilled in her craft. I will now ruin my beard on my own, let it grow wild, or both before going anywhere else.

I contacted customer support to inquire about any discounts or offers available in my area. The representative provided me with incorrect information regarding my appointment, mentioning that one location had two openings and could accommodate me even close to closing time. However, upon my arrival, the reception informed me that they could not take me in and that my appointment had been rescheduled for the next morning, which seems illogical.

I visited a location in Davenport, IA, and my experience was unfortunate, likely due to using a promotional voucher. I feel that if you're not going to treat us like regular paying customers, it's better to avoid such offers.

Frustrating experience for a veteran

As a disabled veteran, I went to a location for a promised free haircut on Veteran's Day. After confirming with a representative that there would be no charge, I was shocked to be charged $22 at checkout. After some back and forth, the manager reduced it to $15, but I felt misled and disappointed with the lack of support from the staff.

Not returning to this location

I won't be going back to this location. The stylist seemed unsure of how to handle my short, curly hair. She used a spray bottle to wet it, despite my request for a dry cut. I pointed out that my hair puffs up as it dries, but she didn't listen. I ended up looking quite unkempt, and when I asked for adjustments, she seemed confused. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the result.
