Absolutely dreadfulI took my three boys for a short back and sides to the Coventry branch because my usual barber was very busy. Out of sheer desperation I agreed to pay the shocking £35 (my 10 year old was charged ADULT price of £14.99 and the other two £10.99) for the three haircuts as we had a party to attend and all other hairdressers were booked up.I had hoped for the prices they charged they would be able to do a good job- not even close - the blending was awful - my youngest's hair was really short at the front but the whole area around his double crown had been hacked at.When asked if they could even it out they told me that it would not 'look right'. Every time I asked if they could cut a certain way (cut the top so it's short & spikey or cut the fringe so that it flicks over) they kept telling me it can't be done. In the end I got fed up and took them home. Luckily my brother-in-law knew someone who could fix it and we didn't have to take them to the party with hair that looked like it had been hacked at.My overall experience was awful - would NEVER go there again and would NEVER recommend anyone else does.
