I had to leave the address I was living at(relationship break down). The Superdrug SIM card I was lost somewhere (along with lots of other things of mine) Anyway, I got a New place and because I needed to be online straight away, I bought another Superdrug SIM card. I was told by Superdrug chat, that I couldn't transfer one Superdrug mobile number to another (ie PAC). So I topped up the New new SIM card and ordered a replacement for the original. Superdrug cancelled the new SIM card and sent me a replacement for that. After about 4 weeks of trying and about £80 in various different Sim cards and top ups(3, Lebara, Lyca) I got both cards, but the one associated with this Email address keeps on saying Whoops something went wrong server error. I was told it was because I requested a PAC code and Superdrug thought I was leaving. This card has always been a router I wouldn't request a PAC code. When it works it's good and good value, but the complete fiasco I been put through. And if it didn't work well otherwise it would be one
