When I do connect, calls are distorted, and staff attributed it to my phone settings or 'congestion' in my area, despite my phone working elsewhere. A visit to the store confirmed there are ongoing issues. I contacted customer support, and after some back and forth, they admitted they couldn't do much about the outage. These issues persist without being reported online. Disappointed with the handling of my concerns, especially since they readily accept my payments. I will be switching to a different provider soon.
