My experience with this so-called service was dreadful. My dryer has been left in my laundry room for over three weeks, waiting for a part I paid for. I’ve tried reaching them through multiple phone numbers, but either the calls drop or go unanswered. I even contacted them online from a different number, and they responded immediately but failed to follow through. I've sent emails with no replies. It turns out their physical address is a vacant building. I suspect all their positive reviews are fabricated. If you have any health concerns, avoid this company at all costs!
