After waiting on hold for about 20 minutes, I finally spoke to a representative. I explained my situation, and she said a technician would return my call since she was busy. Unfortunately, I never received that call back. I tried calling again, only to be on hold for another 30 minutes before I decided to hang up. It seems their customer service could use significant improvement in addressing customer needs and providing real assistance. I'm now considering switching to another propane provider that will actually answer the phone without making me endure lengthy recorded messages, only to be told someone will get back to me. It’s quite disappointing.🤬
