While on hold, you hear about their so-called magical algorithm that supposedly monitors usage and temperature, but it feels like a gimmick. As of January 24, 2026, I'm running low and have been on the phone with them, trying to get help. They claim I'm on a 'special request' for emergency delivery, but it all seems like nonsense. They have acquired too many local companies and can't keep up with demand. If they had the resources to buy out those companies, they should be able to manage better logistics. I’m left relying on oil heaters just to manage the temperature in my home. Signing up with them feels like constantly driving with a low gas warning light. Additionally, the hold music is infuriating, and the updates about wait times are confusing and frustrating. I’ve noticed the number of people ahead of me decreasing while my wait time increased. They even sent a message warning against harassment, which indicates they are likely dealing with numerous complaints. By spring 2026, I plan to cancel and remove their equipment from my property. I sympathize with their dispatch staff, who probably face a lot of frustration. I recommend looking for alternatives, especially in my area.
