We’ve been customers for four years. They started off fine, but over time their service has completely collapsed. What we’ve experienced recently is, without question, the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
We ordered propane almost four weeks ago. At the time of ordering, we were explicitly told it would be delivered within 10 days. That was a lie. We are still waiting.
It is currently 15 degrees, we are dealing with below freezing temperatures , and we do not have propane. When we call to ask where our delivery is, we’re told there is no schedule, no timeline, and that it will “get there when it gets there.” That is not an answer—especially when you’re responsible for keeping people’s homes heated in winter - and having use of hot water.
There is a complete lack of planning, communication, accountability, and basic human concern. No proactive updates. No ownership. No urgency. Just shrugging and excuses while customers are left in dangerous conditions.
If you’re considering Superior Plus Propane, understand this: when you actually need them, they may not show up—and they won’t care. We are actively looking for another provider and will never recommend this company to anyone.
