I’ve been with Superloop for over a year on their NBN 1000/100 plan, and honestly, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
The speeds they advertise (up to 896/96 Mbps) are completely unrealistic — I have never come close to achieving those speeds in real usage.
However, the biggest issue is their billing and customer service. Recently, they direct debited my account over 30 times. I initially reported it when I noticed 11 duplicate charges, and they told me they would investigate. Nothing was resolved.
I then blocked my card and got a replacement, yet they still managed to debit my account again. In total, around 32 transactions were taken. To make things worse, I received emails saying my direct debit had failed — which makes no sense given the number of successful charges.
This has completely destroyed my trust in the company. I am now waiting for my bank to process refunds and will be switching providers as soon as possible.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
