Appointment booked in the 11th of March for the 26th of march for new installation (300$ connection fee) - awaited the 26th with no peek from superloop or NBNco so thought was all good.
Waited for 4 hours for the NBN tech to arrive but then got in touch with superloop and said they had to reschedule it (despite the app actively saying the technician is reserved)
Now have to wait 2 more weeks - april 10th to get connected and can't work from home
