Went to Supermacs on N4 during the week, the young female behind the counter was unhelpful when I asked about the watery milkshake. She took the drink from me and walked away, never said where she was going or what she was doing…., Manager came out to say that the way the milkshakes are now, change of recipe!! I have found the takeaway service to be very poor, missing items, burned garlic bread etc.Supermacs need to focus on their customers or they will end up with less and less customers.
