Order mix-up with disappointing burger

I ordered a burger with cheese and ketchup but received a cold one with just bacon. To make matters worse, the burger was very dry, and they frequently mix up my orders. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Exceptional service at the station!

I visited a service station location. Even though my order was not right, the staff were amazing in resolving the issue, provided the correct order, came out to apologize, and even offered us some cookies.

Avoid this place at all costs

The burgers were cold, and the chicken nuggets were of very poor quality; even my dog didn't want them. I won't be returning, and the wait for my order was so long that I expected it to at least be warm. I am extremely disappointed.

Poor customer experience

I reached out by email but received no reply. I typically prefer not to leave negative reviews without contacting a business first. I visited a branch to get food for my family and was very upset with the rude service I received. I frequently spend a good amount here, but my order was missing items, and the staff's attitude was appalling. The chips I received were not what I ordered, and the burger was incorrectly made. Overall, I felt disrespected and frustrated.

Overpriced and disappointing experience

At the Dublin location, while the food was hot, the service was lacking. I was charged for a sachet of tartar sauce, which I found unreasonable. I had already paid for my meal, but I won't return after this experience. The cleanliness also left much to be desired, and I had to clean my own table.

Unpleasant visit at the Galway branch

At the Galway branch, I bought two chicken breasts, onion rings, and a drink. Both chicken pieces were lukewarm and dried out. The tables and floors were dirty. I overheard staff being aggressive with a customer and saw another staff member trying to force customers to sit in specific areas. Part of the seating was blocked off for a 'private party' that never occurred.

Disappointing experience overall

My last experience here was not satisfactory. The wait was long, and the food was clearly undercooked. When I raised my concerns, no one seemed willing to assist. For the price, the quality should be significantly better.
