Recently I posted a review of an order I made from Supermacs 9/12/23 The Reeks Killarney “I ordered food to the value of €30 and when I went to collect it the outlet was closed!! I tried ringing the outlet several times and got no answer!! I sent my sisters over today to see what they could do for me on meeting a manager!! I was pleasantly surprised by the compensation I got .Not only did they return my money but gave me an extra €10 and a tin of biscuits to the value of €10. I was delighted with the result and will continue to shop there again.The staff were apologetic and couldn’t have been more pleasant in dealing with the problem.I now can see how popular the Supermacs outlets are!!
