Super easy way to get a tutor

Super friendly website to use. They made it easy to communicate with our students. Everything is very well managed and in case of trouble the Superprof's team are there to help us. The only negative point is you have to pay before being able to get in touch with a tutor.

I contacted them a few times with questions and was surprised by how quickly they responded and how efficient they were. A rewarding teaching experience on Superprof

I absolutely loved my experience on Superprof! Teaching students was incredibly rewarding. It was a real pleasure to share my knowledge, see their progress, and support them in their learning journey. A truly motivating experience that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys teaching and helping others succeed.

Do not recommend.

I did a request by sending a message to a teacher who ended up refusing to take me as a student. Fine by me. However Superprof then decided to automatically send a request to other teachers without my approval?! Teachers who ended up sending me a message as if I asked them for a class? What if I wanted to avoid contact with a specific teacher for a reason or another? And even if I didn't, this is absolutely scandalous and a complete breach of privacy. Flee this website!I'll add that the almost 60 CHF (!!) "subscription" seems completely disproportionate, even if most teachers propose a free session, I'd much rather just pay the teachers instead of this website, and I even think it is simply wrong to get a free lesson in the first place, the website is essentially forcing (some teachers at least) to hand out free sessions by imposing this subscription on students.

As from the side of professor

As from the side of professor, the customer support chat was just horrible - wait of more than an hour for a response, and not even a full one. Also would like to mention multiple inconsistencies with bank info verification , as well as a charge of 60 francs that easily passed on my card, but they still couldn’t verify it. Just very shady for a renowned company. Awful experience, I recommend either using a different service or posting your announcements on social media. Much faster and saferP.S. it’s an ongoing issue, I will be updating any further information as soon as I receive some answers (with the rate it’s going rn might take a freaking year)
