I was charged without receiving any services. This seems to be a scam. The tutor I contracted failed to show up, and the host of the online session pressured my son into purchasing multiple lessons but lacked the necessary competence. We were led to believe we were engaging with a local tutor, but it was an online experience likely with someone overseas. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge and seek a refund. Very disappointed.
