I strongly advise against using this service. The filters were ineffective, preventing me from finding suitable tutors. Additionally, I received unsolicited connections from individuals who were not appropriate. Despite my inability to find a tutor, I was still charged and they are refusing to issue a refund.
I’m not satisfied with the charges, especially since I only used a trial. Their website made it difficult to unsubscribe. When I requested a refund, they simply denied it. I cannot recommend this service. Furthermore, it seems they are trying to have my review removed.

The tutor I contracted failed to show up, and the host of the online session pressured my son into purchasing multiple lessons but lacked the necessary competence. We were led to believe we were engaging with a local tutor, but it was an online experience likely with someone overseas. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge and seek a refund. Very disappointed.
