I found a tutor on the Superprof site and signed up, not realising I had to pay $59 for a monthly subscription on top of the tutor fees. I arranged and confirmed a lesson with the tutor. Close to the time of the lesson, the tutor cancelled the lesson as she was sick. We rearranged and confirmed another lesson. This lesson was also cancelled by the tutor due to still being sick. Months later I realised Superprof was still charging me $59 per month for the 'Superpass' subscription, which I didn't even know I had signed up for. I have cancelled the subscription, and the bank advised to cancel the credit card Superprof has been charging. So I have been charged $177 and didn't even do a single lesson. I have emailed Superprof today requesting a refund.
