Everything is fine but the on-site chat did not send me notifications when I needed it to and I missed a client.I also didn’t like how there didn’t seem to be a way of sending a message to a tutoring request without accepting. I would’ve liked the ability to decline a client with a polite message rather than none at all leaving them wondering why they’ve been declined. I got around this by accepting their request then telling them that I actually needed to decline them.
