As a customer (not a tutor/provider), I was compelled to create a profile and pay a subscription fee. A hefty fee just to contact listed providers. This business model is absurd. In all other directories, the provider pays to be listed, not the user to access them. They don’t disclose this upfront, leading you to share personal information, and then they bombard you with emails and texts daily. This lack of consent leads to a data breach under GDPR guidelines. Terrible experience.
