Like others I fell for their misleading language - and the fact that they don’t change it shows that the misunderstanding is a good source of revenue. Before it charges you for the first time it says “ Your card is debited only if Martin accepts your request.” - well he emailed me but did not accept my request for a lesson. Same for the other two I contacted. And so in the end I got nobody but still paid £39 for nothing. Rip-off. Be careful. Change the language and stop ripping people off!
