It's frustrating that you must pay just to reach out to a tutor. It doesn't make sense since you also have to cover the cost of the tutor's lesson, in addition to a steep £39 fee labeled as a "student pass." The process is misleading; when you request a tutor, it appears as though the £39 goes toward a lesson, but that's not true. This confusion seems to be part of their marketing strategy. I strongly advise against using this service.
