Great platform that puts tutors first, which I really appreciate. My overall experience as a tutor has been very positive. Communication could be improved, as responses to issues can sometimes be slow. It would be great if it had a better chat function, in case you need to send a follow-up message. Like many online platforms, you need to stay alert for occasional scam messages, but that’s fairly unavoidable nowadays.
