Superprof is my main platform to get my ads on, I get brilliant experience with my students, I feel like I'm not working, mainly having a chat with a good friend.
I had a few fake profiles hitting my account asking my bank details by a link that had nothing to do with Superprof (trying to get access to my bank account) and their customer service solved the problem immediately. I'm grateful of the measurements they have implemented to avoid this for future interactions. Thanks to Eoin that was really dedicated.

I enrolled in the "Student Pass" (a required fee just to reach out to a tutor), yet I didn't utilize the service for an entire year. I was charged 39 euros every month, leading to an unjust loss of over 400 euros for a service that was NEVER USED OR ACCESSIBLE FOR A YEAR—ZERO ACCESS, ZERO LESSONS. This is both unethical and unacceptable. Their business strategy hinges on misleading consumers with vague terms, banking on the hope that they forget to cancel a pointless subscription. CAUTION TO ALL CONSUMERS: Do not share your card information with this company. I have submitted all evidence of non-usage to the support team. This reflects a total breakdown of customer service and a breach of consumer trust.

I'm not sure what's happening with this platform lately. I haven't had success reaching out via email (no response) on two occasions in recent days. Messages from new students include requests for credit card information, stating that they have already paid for classes, but to receive payment, I need to have funds available on my card. Other payment options are not available. What's going on?
