Super prof was an excellent platform to find a Guitar Teacher. I found Jorge who was a very accomplished to guitarist and zeroed in on exactly what I should do at the very early days of my guitar playing. I will be continuing on with George. George gave me three simple things to do for my next class which is in one week from the first lesson. It is quite a struggle for me being a very early player however, I’m getting it. There were many teachers to choose from, especially in the area that you work or live. Plus, there were filters to assist in narrowing down the selection and helpful bios on each teacher. My husband and I are taking in person lessons with the first teacher we choose. We are learning quite a bit but at a pace that we are comfortable with. At some point, we have the option to do our lessons online with the same teacher.
This is fraud. I signed up for the website back in April, and paid the 29€ fee. I didn’t even message any other tutors until again this month in August, and when checking my bank account details, I find that the website has been taking 29€ out of my card every month, even though I didn’t text any other tutors. This is a huge scam, and I emailed them for a refund and still no answer.EDIT: They replied to my email and were very patient and cooperative. And explained things and the conditions clearly and we reached a middle ground. Thank you
You spend time subscribing, filling out all the fields, writing your mail, only to find out that they want 29 EUR as a connection fee. Why not writing it at the beginning? What's the point? Even worse: 17 minutes after subscribing they started spamming me with mails and SMSs. WTF is that? Why do you think that's cool?
My name is Beatriz and I was never a very dedicated student. Not even at English, which was probably my favourite subject in highschool. I never thought this would change, specially at 28 years old, and at a point in my life where I already have a stable job. But then, I met Andréa Lordello. I had proposed myself the challence of passing the C2 Proficiency exame, and had even taken some classes at a well known English institution. Notwithstanding, these classes were nothing compared to Andréa's individual ones, where I felt myself becoming more confortable with the language, to the point where I would write entire essays without even glancing at the corrector. Andréa is an assertive teacher, that is for sure, and I believe that is part of the reason as to why knowledge really imprints on her students. She also never forgets to give positive feedback, when suitable, and that makes her students feel confident in their evolution. Another asset worth mentioning is Andréa's flexibility - she is fair but adjustable when needed timewise. She will test you in each classe, and believe me, you will start passing these tests, up to the point where the C2 Proficiency exame becomes less scary, and you pass with a full on B mark!! Trust me, if English is the subject, Andréa is the go to.
