I booked a one time class as a gift to my sister - I personally selected it very clearly - but they added me to the monthly subscription anyways! They charged me 19€ per two months without my consent. This is complete nonsense, and when I sent them an e-mail asking for refund, they said that it was very clearly on the site but they cancelled my subscription - SUBSCRIPTION THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR!
