If I could rate them with zero stars, I absolutely would. I've been without internet for four days. I submitted three support tickets with no response. Every time I call, I get cut off because my ID number is said to be invalid. My account dashboard shows everything is fine, but it is not. There seems to be no way to resolve this. I strongly advise against using this service; their customer support is terrible!
