Supersonice has the worst customer service , they have a bot chatting to you on WhatsApp referring you to their website where you dont even see much information on the dashboard.
Upon applying for the order I checked coverage in my area after a couple of days I called their call center I was advised then only that there is no coverage in my area. I had to call eversince then there was no communication from them.
I canceled the order on my end and obviously thought they'd cancel the order on their end because we can't proceed with the service. I have sent 2 emails, logged a ticket and multiple phone calls later. Not really getting help from them this order still shows pending on their side.
There is absolutely no customer service here. Seems like whoever is in charge of each process does not see their processes through. Plainly not doing their job. This was my first encounter with Supersonic and definitely my last.
The ticket I logged is the same ticket number the lady gave me whilst she said she is logging a call. Its just so astonishing. I am in customer service type of job and this? Is really bad for their business.

I was using a month-to-month fibre service, and my account was suspended and then reactivated without my consent, leading to termination by the provider. They later demanded payment that included several months of fees after suspension, violating contract principles. The lack of transparency in billing is concerning, and customer support has been unhelpful. My reasonable attempts to resolve the account were ignored. I cannot recommend this service due to poor practices and disregard for consumer rights.
As a long-time client, I reported an issue with WiFi not reaching certain rooms in my home. I followed up multiple times and made several calls, only to be informed that they do not provide that service! This has been a complete waste of my time and money; I strongly advise against using them.
If I could rate them with zero stars, I absolutely would. I've been without internet for four days. I submitted three support tickets with no response. Every time I call, I get cut off because my ID number is said to be invalid. My account dashboard shows everything is fine, but it is not. There seems to be no way to resolve this. Our service was cut off last week, and despite numerous emails and calls, our ticket remains unresolved. We've sent proof of payment multiple times without any acknowledgment, and both my and my husband's numbers have been blocked, preventing any follow-up. It feels like theft to take money without providing a service. We can't even cancel despite submitting a cancellation request; there's been no acknowledgment at all. A new provider informed us that they need to release the line before we can switch. How can we do that when we can't get a response?
I'd like to express my gratitude for the representative who helped us get connected. We had spoken to various agents who couldn't assist us, but this representative made a significant difference. We were even considering cancellation, but thanks to her excellent service, we decided to stay. Truly appreciated!

I've spoken to several representatives, but after 9 days, my issue remains unresolved. The lack of urgency and follow-up is alarming. This level of service is unacceptable for a company that provides essential connectivity. I strongly advise against using this service if reliability is a priority.
