If I could rate them with zero stars, I absolutely would. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. We've been without internet for a week due to a billing issue. Our service was cut off last week, and despite numerous emails and calls, our ticket remains unresolved. We've sent proof of payment multiple times without any acknowledgment, and both my and my husband's numbers have been blocked, preventing any follow-up. It feels like theft to take money without providing a service. We can't even cancel despite submitting a cancellation request; there's been no acknowledgment at all. A new provider informed us that they need to release the line before we can switch. How can we do that when we can't get a response?
