Order placed Jan 12. Website said 7–10 business day delivery.
The item was later declared OUT OF STOCK. I agreed to a replacement.
The replacement was also out of stock!!
I was then told the order would ship soon because they “restocked”.
Nearly a month later, no tracking number has EVER been provided.
The support email was also missing at one point, the address didn’t exist on gmail.
Meanwhile, they send me an email requesting reviews.
They will lie about shipping times, restock, and refund times.
They tried to offer to “replace then item “ 3 times in total and each time it was out of stock and they didnt ship.
Moreover, despite the fact that they promised 14 day money back guarantee, they will flat out refuse a refund after 1 month of email back and fourth.
Do not buy. Outright scam in your face!!
