if can rate -5 stars i would. scam. no tracking link. i waited for weeks and then asked them. first they said it's out of stock and restocked will be informed within 3 days. and then i followed up 4 days later said it's out of stock again. hello? what a scam man, don't bother order. what a waste of time and money. be cautious for others
Customer service is 0/10. Annoying AI responses that don't help you at all. Ordered in December and it is now February with no update at all on the tracking. Asked for a refund and all they say is to "wait for the item". Skip these guys when you see an ad from them. I can order something from aliexpress and still have it arrive than my order from Super suits from December. Overall these guys will RUN YOUR BANDS, AKA, take your money and RUN.
Order placed Jan 12. Website said 7–10 business day delivery.
The item was later declared OUT OF STOCK. I agreed to a replacement.
The replacement was also out of stock!!
I was then told the order would ship soon because they “restocked”.
Nearly a month later, no tracking number has EVER been provided.
The support email was also missing at one point, the address didn’t exist on gmail.
Meanwhile, they send me an email requesting reviews.
They will lie about shipping times, restock, and refund times.
They tried to offer to “replace then item “ 3 times in total and each time it was out of stock and they didnt ship.
Moreover, despite the fact that they promised 14 day money back guarantee, they will flat out refuse a refund after 1 month of email back and fourth.
Do not buy. Outright scam in your face!!
Avoid this company, I purchased one thing from them and they kept taking money from my account for 2 times after purchase, be careful from them they are not trusted 👎
I ordered a product from SuperSuits, and it turned out to be out of stock, which is completely beyond my control. Customer service only offered a replacement, but the order wasn’t for me personally, so I couldn’t accept it.This is unfair and unprofessional. There’s no clear policy protecting customers in such cases. Experiences like this make me lose trust and hesitate to buy or recommend this company.
I strongly advise against using this company!!More than 8 weeks ago now I placed an order, an order that I still have not received!! I have tried multiple times to contact this company and still have not heard anything back. It's an absolute joke I work hard to be able to buy myself nice things and think it's an absolute disgrace that a company could take my money and not give a crap about weather or not I actually receive what I have paid for.. anyone thinking of ordering do not make the same mistake as me and avoid avoid avoid!!
