We have a worst experince with supertails, we booked vet visit to our house by 6:30 am by paying Rs 199 and vas schduled by 12:30. But even by 2:30 no one turned up nor got call. Even after we calling up to customer care only response was concern department will get back in 5 mins. We took our pet to some local vet else our pet would have become serious. They were calling me to book a new appointment but not answering for the booked appointment. That 5 mins never came even after 5 day. I even sent a mail twice for refund, which they took 5 days to refund after another 5 calls and telling them that i will file a complaint.They just show of the fancy things to attract business, but they are not worth what they give and have, they dont respond on time and when needed better not to visit them if we need welbeing of our pet.
