I ordered Farmina dry cat food 5kg pack and it was delivered with a big hole chewed right on top. Their customer svc person Vincent is the only best thing in Supertails. He was courteous and helpful. But this experience has been a disaster and now my cat has to wait for new food to be delivered. Also the delivery partner supposed to return the package refused to take it claiming it was too big for him to take. So one hassle after the other. Still waiting for the replacement. I wish there was a way to upload a pic of the product I received as well. Height of carelessness.
